Oh, yes, Grandma Jeanni had a WONDERFUL time!!! The little bug made me laugh out loud most of the time!! When I visited, the attempts at walking holding Mom or Dad's hands ended with one leg going sideways and the other going backwards!! (7/4/08) And NOW look what progress I see after reading the 7/25 blog!!!! Wowee Zowee!!
It was so great to see Mommy, Daddy and Grandma and Grandpa as well!!
Perhaps there is a 1st birthday visit in the works!!!
Love, Grandma jeanni

Nicole, I'm glad you made the bottle switch! We also switched to the Born Free, but their plastic bpa free one as daycare won't accept glass bottles. As far as the BPA in the formula containers, where did you find that list? I have considered not buying it pre-mixed in the plastic anymore, Tin cans seems OK (I get those when it's on clearance). And I didn't realize the dry formula could be contamiated from the bottom (I figured the lid woudl be OK as it doesn't touch the formula - ?) Maybe I should buy a glass container and transfer it when we open a new one. Not much else you can do. I haven't found an organic lactose free formula to try - that was my only thought that an organic one might not have BPA in the packaging? So very complicated! Tip I found with the Born Free - if you tighten the lid on too tight the nipple collapses as she eats. Now, consider all the plastic toys she sticks in her mouth....at some point you have to stop thinking about it or she'd live in a bubble!
